Return & Exchange Policy – Gemini

At Gemini, your comfort is our priority. While we hope you love everything you order, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. That’s why we offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery.

Should you need to exchange a product for the second time, it must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery and will include a pick-and-ship fee of ₹200. Please note: a maximum of two exchanges are allowed per order.

Eligibility Criteria for Return/Exchange

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags and packaging must be intact.
  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Start the process by sending an Email to gi@gemininightwears.com
  • Alternatively, log in to your registered account and initiate from the order page.
  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup for the item.

What Happens Next?

  1. Once we receive the returned parcel, it undergoes a quality check.
  2. On successful inspection:
  • An exchange item will be dispatched, OR
  • A refund will be initiated (for eligible cases).

Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method.
COD orders: Refund will be processed to your bank account as shared.

Damages & Incorrect Orders

We strive for perfection, but if you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please initiate a return or exchange promptly. We’ll make it right.

Refund Timelines

Once your returned item passes inspection and is approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will reflect in your account within 7 working days.
  • For COD refunds, please allow some time based on your bank’s processing policies.

Note: In the case of COD orders, the shipping charge is non-refundable.

Products on Sale

Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns. However, exchanges can be made if criteria are met.
